Oman Charitable Organization (OCO) Project

Implementation and Development of the Integrated Institutional System of the Oman Charitable Organization is a large-scale transformation initiative designed to modernize OCO's governance, operations, financial controls, donor and beneficiary services, digital channels, and internal institutional capacity. The project goes beyond software implementation, combining institutional transformation, digital platform development, ERP and CRM implementation, process modernization, and capacity building into one integrated program.
